I’ve hesitated to call this page YouTube specials because you never know where (or how) Jimmy will branch out next, with his career. This page is about how he’s started to use what you could describe as self-produced (or self-published) specials. Which just happen to have been on YouTube.
A Bit of Stand-Up Release History
In the early days he released a DVD at the end of each tour and the list of those is on the Merchandise & Collectibles page.
When that medium dipped in popularity he next moved, in 2015, to Netflix Specials – you can see the list here and a 5th one will be filmed later in 2026.
In June 2024 he started to release crowd work clips under the title of Heckle Amnesty (details in this post). As I write this, in July 2026, there are already 250+ clips and compilations that have been posted across all of Jimmy’s social accounts (the YouTube playlist is here).
Spotting that some people have a preference for listening to audio comedy he then released the Crowd Work podcast in April 2026 (YouTube playlist, here, but also available on podcast platforms).
We then move on to the self-published specials that are more feature length (1 hour+).
The DIY Specials
The first one was Road Kill (December 2025) and is a “favourites” compilation from 2025 Laughs Funny tour shows. Its current 1.4m views is not quite at the heights of Natural Born Killer (viewing stats links are here) but stuff on YouTube does tend to get lost in the tide…which is what this page is for.
The second of these longer compilations (released July 2026) was from the New Zealand leg of Laughs Funny and titled The End of the World (here).
Other 1 hour+ Compilations
There have been other lengthy compilations put together but these were not given “memorable names” (that they could be publicised under). When something gets put out as Road Kill it seems more like something that Jimmy had a hand in naming.
