April 18^th 2021 and Sunday Brunch (hosted by Tim Lovejoy and Simon Rimmer) was broadcast on C4 with guests:

There had been a relaxing of lockdown restrictions and Jimmy was hungover. He explained:

“I’m a little bit hungover yeah just because it was the first Saturday you could actually go out and book a restaurant and when you eat outside in a restaurant garden it’s a little bit chilly so I went onto spirits way too early,”

He joked about not wanting to be on TV because (1) he was hungover and (2) rules (at that point) meant make-up artists were not allowed.

He mock argued that the make-up people needed to eat too and how come the camera people were there, even though they “could be replaced by machines”.

This resulted in the camera operators messing with him for the rest of the show – filming him from poor angles or blurred out. As you can see in this Instagram video post.
