I Do Need a New Sofa is a podcast episode from “About 30 Minutes, No More than 45” by Justin Moorhouse (see Website).

Justin is a comedian and he’s been on a couple of episodes of 8oo10c and also Celebrity Deal or No Deal (see here).

He had posted on X about having done “a gig tonight with Jimmy and Sophie Ellis-Bextor in Telford”.

The only Telford gig that Jimmy had in 2021 (unless it was one of the many, many reschedules) was a WIP gig on December 9^th (for his Terribly Funny tour – see here). As this podcast was initially posted about (on X) on Dec 10^th – I’d go with that date.

I’ve had a search but no mention of Justin or Sophie being there – but that doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.
