Chortle and Radio Times (and others) have a brief story about Last One Laughing UK Hallowe’en Special having a new rule. No one will be allowed to scream – which means the official title is:

Other countries (such as Sweden) have already had Hallowe’en specials so I’m assuming there will be things in the show that try to provoke a reaction.
