Back in 2019 there was a campaign to bring the MLB (Major League Baseball) London Series to the UK – with a game between the Boston Red Sox and New York Yankees on June 29^th and 30^th (at the London Stadium).

They chose Jimmy Carr to front the campaign in a 3-part series of amusing adverts, with a quintessential Englishman trying to explain baseball to the Brits. Via an enthusiastic American Director (Simon Lipkin), trying to Americanise Jimmy (and to get him to call himself Jimbo).

The promos were released on the 7^th, 14^th and 21^st June.
