March 11^th 2005 was Comic Relief’s Red Nose Day Live, and it eventually raised £65m (£37,809,564 on the night). Hosts this year included:

• Jonathan Ross
• Chris Evans
• Lenny Henry
• Davina McCall
• Dermot O’Leary
• Graham Norton

There are some details of some of the events on Comedy.co.uk and this BBC page – but information was fairly hard to find.

Not sure what was going on in this image (it’s not mentioned in any of the above) – but it features

• Graham Norton
• Jimmy Carr
• Nigel Harman
• Jack Dee

Back in 2019 Getty had 6 images from whatever this section of the fundraiser was (which I think was at 10.35pm) – but now only this 1 remains. Good job I’ve been downloading comedy info for years – “the internet” gets deleted more often than people would imagine.
