Back in 2002 we have another example of Jimmy’s early career as a fledgling writer. On Bo’ Selecta! Series 1 Jimmy contributed “additional material” to episodes 1-6. Metacritic has a decent listing of the writers too.

This series featured the creation of the character Avid Merrion aka Keith Lemon (Celebrity Juice) aka Leigh Francis (his real name).

Jimmy’s 2007 DVD (Comedian) had a Bo’ Selecta! Sketch included and Jimmy has posted it on his YouTube channel. Which kind of dismisses the forum claim that I see, from time to time, about him being upset at being portrayed as this caricature.

BTW – don’t blame me if you don’t like the video! I’m not a fan of Keith’s comedy, I’m afraid.
