This heckle has already been posted as a part of this compilation video, but I think it’s still worth posting this shorter clip because I like his attitude on this and this gives me an excuse to enthuse about it.

Too many comedians (certainly in the UK) publicly criticise their colleagues. Usually because they are jealous of the other person’s success or just because they sit on a different side of the political fence. I can think of a few…but am loathe to give them airtime.

One thing I’ve always loved about Jimmy is how complimentary and supportive he is of other comics. He has always recommended other people’s tours and specials in his interviews and also via posts from his X account. A massive comedy fan he’s just endlessly enthusiastic about the industry.

Add into that all the comics (especially females) that have commented on how kind he is to them and how he freely offers advice and support.

“A narcissism of small differences” is a nicer phrase than I may have used…
