The 2007 Loaded LAFTA awards (see more about the LAFTAs here) were held on October 10^th at the London club, Pigalle (renamed Werewolf in 2014).

In 2007 Jimmy was touring with Gag Reflex (tour list here).

Looking back at these awards certainly highlights what was popular, in the 12 months leading up to voting. I couldn’t figure out who Michelle Gomez was – and then realised that she was the brilliantly deranged Sue White character in Green Wing (see video here). Green Wing ran on C4 from 2004-2007 so I can see why she would have won this. I loved that show.
