2003 and BBC3 broadcast a show described as “Fast moving stand up from up-and-coming comedians, recorded on location around London.” Brain Candy.

Up and coming comedians are filmed in the streets and buildings of London, telling jokes to camera. There was a topic for each episode and if someone contributed a joke on that topic it was fitted into the episode.
For all of Jimmy’s appearances he is in a black t shirt with a totally black background. As he’s telling one liners he’s on screen for mere seconds.
The brain child of Steve Coogan and Henry Normal there were 14 x 15-minute shows that feature the comedians below (and more) and was also released as a DVD. Everyone looks VERY young.
