Up to 2006 Jimmy had appeared on Top Gear 5 times and his final appearance (before moving on to The Grand Tour) was S20 Ep1, broadcast June 30th 2013.
The Star In a Reasonably Priced Car was a celebrity barbeque that featured:

Although Jimmy had arrived 2nd they left his lap until second to last due to his previous car wrecking. Hammond said they “hoped the years might have mellowed him”. No such luck.

Jimmy broke the Astra (wrecking the driver’s side wheel, which had to be repaired before Rachel’s lap) and then asked if Warwick could lift the car…
He had been 2nd fastest though with 1.45.6 to Brian Johnson’s 1.45.1 (but he races as a hobby).
