To commemorate it being 21 years since Saturday Live had been piloted (it ran from 1985-88) ITV showed a 90-minute special on December 1st 2007. The original show had been on C4 but its producer (Paul Jackson) was now over at ITV.
Described as a “spectacular music and comedy extravaganza” it was called Saturday Live Again! And hosted by Marcus Brigstocke. It was a co-production of ITV and Pozzitive Television. Hard to tell if Pozzitive are still producing as their website looks a bit forlorn
The notes under the video say that Jimmy performed the “closing comedy set”. Presumably this means that Bon Jovi closed out the show?
The studio was LWT1 (London Weekend Television).

2007 started out with Jimmy on his Gag Reflex tour and then ended the year with Repeat Offender. He’d recorded his Comedian DVD in April 2007 – meaning anyone that has watched that DVD would probably be familiar with the material in this clip.
