Fin Taylor appeared on a podcast in 2024 (Low IQ) which lowered my IQ just listening to it (seriously…you’ve been warned). He mentions around 17 minutes (here) how Jimmy does WIP (work in progress) gigs for “a couple of months”.

I wouldn’t say that was quite true as, judging by the promos that I see, he does perhaps half a dozen, before a new tour starts. Basically, at this stage in his career, he is mainly trying out the running order of the jokes – getting the flow of the show right.

But this clip below was more interesting.

Fin appeared on 8 Out of 10 Cats in 2019 (S21 Ep9) and 2020 (S22 Ep4) and this clip is of him talking about how professional Jimmy is, as a TV Show Host. This is something that I’ve read / heard from all kinds of people that have witnessed him working on shows.

The guy asking the question would also know this as he appeared on I Can See Your Voice (here).
