In 2007 Jimmy appeared on The Chris Moyles Show (BBC Radio 1) twice. There are archive audio files, below, and links to some pictures of Jimmy with Chris and crew outside Emmerdale’s The Woolpack (pub).

For the non-Brits – Emmerdale is a rural (Yorkshire) soap type drama on ITV, that started in 1972 (the year Jimmy was born).

The blurb for the show on the 7^th says “Jimmy Carr tries to make Aled Laugh, footballing legend Ian Rush teases Dave, the Beckhams want Chris, and there’s a coffee bar on the moon”

And the show on the 26^th says “This week The Chris Moyles Show is from Liverpool, Manchester and Leeds, talking toasters, persuading Jimmy Carr to come to Emmerdale, and Nelson Mandela does the weather”
