BBC Breakfast (on BBC1) is a breakfast TV show, hosted by Charlie Stayt and Naga Munchetty.

Jimmy dropped in and appeared on the broadcast at 7.50am and was also on Heart Breakfast this morning (here) and LBC radio (here) and then Radio Manchester (here).

He’d been performing in Liverpool (here) the night before and posted on X at 1.45am so can’t have had more than a couple of hours sleep. The man is a machine.
