Jimmy was first on the Have a Word podcast in 2021 (on my list to post about soon).

It’s UK comedians Adam Rowe & Dan Nightingale – with the 2 guys behind the sound desk chipping in. Basically, Jimmy vs 4 scousers. If English is not your first language…you may need subtitles!!

In the 2021 show Jimmy complained about the studio being in the middle of nowhere in Runcorn – and now they have moved up in the world and moved into central Liverpool.

Jimmy’s Liverpool gig was on December 11^th 2025 and the recording of this Have a Word #359 was earlier that day.

If you only want to listen to Jimmy’s part of the chat – he arrived at a smidge after 1 hour 11 minutes, with the ending at 2:26:41.

It’s def worth a listen just for the section where they discuss Saudi Arabia, from the perspective of comedians, and the hypocrisy of certain other comics and “the internet”.

Also amusing to hear about breaches of sauna etiquette (shaving etc.) and Jimmy’s not the only one using them on a regular basis.
