YouGov collect data from the UK Public and update their reporting at the end of each quarter (see here). Below are the comedian rankings for the end of Q1 2026 and the Q4/2025 data is here.

Gold is Top 5 / Silver is 6-10^th

I think I’ve “complained” about the YouGov methodology before.

With the Boomer group Jimmy is 16^th for Fame but, in the bottom image, the Fame %age is 99%. Basically 10 people are 100% and then 12 are on 99% and I would have reported this as 10 @joint first and 12 @ joint 2^nd. No idea how they sort people within those 2 bands

Would be nice if they gave a better breakdown and indication of number of respondents.

Percentages

Gold is over 95% and Silver is 90-94%.
