TikTok 2026-06-29

My last update on TikTok was back in February 2026 (here). This new update (from June 29th) doesn’t include Views as I can no longer find a counter that gives that data.

As ever – If you want to know more about why some comedians are not included in reports, how I gather the data, which I stated with 100+ names and am now down to only 29…then see here.

TikTok Followers

Back on April 19th this group of account totalled 104,565,201 and have collectively grown by 1,905,272 (to 106,470,473).

The growth rate, across the board, tends to be lower than on platforms like Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. This suggests that TikTok is (generally) not where most of the fans of these comedian hang out (with one or two exceptions).

Having recently seen a couple of YouTube videos commenting on the inane stuff that goes viral (on TikTok) and the millions of single word comments (that mostly look like bots…chatting with bots) I am quite proud to say this is not somewhere that I spend a lot of time…

Back in Oct 2024 Jimmy’s account had 1.3m followers and is now at 2,948,958. I don’t know enough about Max Amini to figure out how he’s gone from 2,062,885 (in Oct 2025) to 3,821,482 now.

Only 24 of my list of 29 have TikTok accounts. Zakir Khan has one “reserved”, but no activity on it.

As usual – the Americans are in a league of their own.

  • Top 3 US comics (Blue) are unchanged, but there is a change in the 3 with the most growth in that Tom Segura (205,915) has outpaced Theo Von this time (79,954)
  • Top 3 Brit comics (Gold) are unchanged, but there is a change in the 3 with the most growth in that Jack Whitehall was in the negative this time and his place taken by Michael McIntyre

In the absence of data on Views this is the next best thing.

  • Top 3 US comics (Blue) are unchanged, but there is a change in the 3 with the most growth in that Tom Segura (4,761,389) has outpaced Theo Von this time (2,138,866)
  • Top 3 Brit comics (Gold) are unchanged, but there is a change in the 3 with the most growth in that Jack Whitehall only gained 419,144 this time and Jimmy only 154,379 and their places taken by Michael McIntyre (605,630) and Russell Howard (494,515).

I actually double checked the figures for Jimmy’s account as, back in April, his 2 months of growth had been 8,868,414 and the 2 reports before that had been 10,602,388 and 6,929,653.

This tiny (by comparison) 154k is a real blip and I can’t figure out why this may be. I’ve looked at a few (mostly Brit) comedians on ranking counters and they seem to have slipped to a B grade (Jimmy was an A up until March 2026).

What’s odd about it is, if I look at Jimmys follower count monthly average growth we can see:

  • 12 months up to Oct 2025 = 40,764 per month
  • 8 months to now = 69,608 per month
  • 2 months since April 2026 report = 67,688 per month

So why are the views so low, for the past 2 months?
