The most recent 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown series is S29 (renumbered by C4 as S30). On July 31^st and August 7^th we had brand new episodes (Ep1 and Ep2) – see show list here.

August 14^th and 21^st then had repeats and I’m wondering if that’s it, for this run, until Christmas.

The BCG (here) get their information straight from the Channels and they only have info for Eps 1 and 2.

I’ve checked C4 listings, for tonight – here, and the 9pm slot has a new series of The Murder Detective listed. Although The Big Fat Quiz of Telly is repeated at 10.10pm, if you’re interested.

I’m guessing that the other 4 new episodes, filmed in July 2026, will be held over until Christmas??
