March 30th 2010 saw C4 hold a Comedy Gala, to be broadcast the following Easter Monday (April 5th). This was an event that they ran, annually, between 2010 and 2016, and the 2-hour show was in aid of Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital.

What was really unusual was the advert breaks – as Jimmy “hijacked the ads”. The spoofed adverts, in the video below, were for:

- Churchill (insurance)
- Specsavers (opticians)
- Pokerstars.com
- LowLow cheese
- Guinness
