The BBC’s Blankety Blank has been on the go since 1978 and has been hosted by Sir Terry Wogan, Les Dawson and Lily Savage (Paul O’Grady).

The host changed yet again on December 25^th 2020 when Bradley Walsh fronted the Christmas Special (and is still there now).

Jimmy had never done the show before so I suspect it was his rapport with Bradley that tempted him to make this first appearance.
