The Charlotte Church Show (hosted by Charlotte Church) ran on C4 from 2006-2008. Jimmy Carr appeared on S3 Ep5, broadcast August 7^th 2008. The other guests were:

• Alan Davies
• The Script

This ear-splitting, poor-quality clip below is of Jimmy and Charlotte singing karaoke to Bonnie Tyler’s Total Eclipse of The Heart (with a giggling Alan Davies watching).

I think Jimmy is partly playing this for laughs / partly struggling with how HIGH the key is. When he’s singing in a “normal human’s” range he actually has a decent voice. I suspect Charlotte set him up, for giggles, and Alan kept well out of it.
