Jimmy Carr appeared on Danny Bakers BBC Radio 5 Live show on July 9th 2016.
At the time he had only recently started his Best of Ultimate Gold Greatest Hits tour, so was probably promoting that. In the evening of the 9th he had a gig in Croydon at Fairfield Halls.
The only part of the show that I could find was this 2 minute “5 Live in Short” video, where Jimmy is talking about his obsession with tennis – here.

Another little irritation, below, re the accuracy of Google AI. The BBC pages def say July 9th but Google is picking up the date of the 2nd from one of the pages that says “previous”. But the “previous” just refers to Danny’s previous show, not an earlier showing of the episode that Jimmy was on.
If you are looking for some really important info – ALWAYS double check what AI tells you. It’s not always 100% accurate (examples on this tag).
