Back in March I wrote this post about Jimmy’s appearance at the Pendulum Summit in Dublin, Jan 2025. I won’t repeat all that information (might help if you have a look at it first, though) – but I’ve since found some more images / video.
If you are interested in the summit as a “business & leadership event” then the main Insta account is full of videos and images from this year and 2024 (here).
There is also a website and the 2025 Jimmy Carr page (here) details what he was planning on discussing – but also uses a nice on-stage image of him to promote the 2026 event. The 2026 event is Jan 23rd and he’s in New Zealand in Jan and currently has gigs on the 22nd, 23rd and 24th. He’d have to be Superman to fit in flights to and from Dublin!!!
They also used his stage pic on this collage of pictures for the round up link (here). For us tennis fans – note Andre Agassi in there (middle right),
This 2024 11 promotional post includes a clip from Jimmy’s 2024 Diary of a CEO (DOAC) podcast but doesn’t credit it as such. And they also posted this promo for the attendance of the “master of wit and resilience” (with a Terribly Funny promo shot).
Jimmy met the American boxer, Sugar Ray Leonard (looking fab for a 69-year-old) and although this video is a repeat of the short YouTube video link (in my original blog post) – on Instagram its followed by 2 nice pictures of them posing together.
These images and videos show the video screens / sound boards backstage and pics 1 and 4 are of Jimmy on stage.
Top 10 quotes – Jimmy is the intro and outro pic, of this montage, but none of his quotes are included. Bit odd.
The above “Top 10 quotes thing” was especially odd as they pulled out this quote of his in another post: “You can’t control the wind but you can adjust the sails”
Talking about serving your future self, in 24 hour periods.
Another part of his on-stage interview
Official workbook video – features Jimmy on the cover and in the video. You can apply to download the content.
