A round up of how Fackham Hall is doing…
US Box Office
Box Office Mojo (here) reports a films total box office take…but currently seems to only include the US figures (where it opened on December 5th).
- Opening – $625,311
- On December 16th – $984,648
Slightly dubious about that 2nd figure though as, yesterday, it showed $987,966.
Having taken daily screenshots, I don’t think the “worldwide” figure on that page includes the figures below.
UK Box Office
The UK critics gave it a complete mauling and have contributed to dropping the Rotten Tomatoes rating to 79% / 42 reviews – although it’s earned the “fresh” label.
It opened in the UK on December 12th and the Film Distributor’s Association (here) that shows the Top 15 movies for the UK and Ireland.
Fackham is in a respectable 5th place.

Streaming?
On this week’s Have a Word podcast (here) in the dying minutes (2 hours 24) Adam asked Jimmy if he was able to say whether Fackham Hall would move to streaming, once it was finished in cinemas. See here.
Jimmy said:
Yeah – but I can’t remember which one is in America and which one is here. It’s either…think it’s on Prime Video somewhere, it’ll be Netflix somewhere. I don’t know.
Meanwhile, if everyone that can goes to see it in a cinema that will help to get the film released elsewhere, stop it being pirated and increase the possibility of the Carr’s / Dawson Bros getting another crack at writing another film!
