The Box Office figures for Fackham Hall, week 1, can be seen in this post here. Here we look into the numbers for UK/Ire week 2…
UK Box Office
Released to cinemas December 12th. Oddly this says “3” weeks on release. These websites are a bit iffy about what they are reporting on as this says “UK and Ireland” and yet 12 – 22 is not 3 weeks.
Film Distributor’s Association published the UK / Ire Top 15 yesterday (here) and BFI.Org (here) have published their spreadsheet this morning.
Fackham was placed 5th (after its first weekend) and is now 7th(with a total take, to date, of £965,312).
It was pushed down by the release of Avatar and a surge of people going to watch Home Alone, despite it having been around for 368 weeks.

Total Box Office
US cinema release date – December 5th
Russia release date – December 18th
For anyone that doesn’t know any different the IMDb site (Box Office Mojo – here) is woefully out of date. The US figures haven’t been updated since the 20th Dec, the UK total is from the 18th – but at least some Russian numbers have appeared (who knew that there was a Russian cinema release?).
- US – $1,035,184 (total up to Dec 20th)
- Rus – $51,098
Converting those numbers to £’s and adding them to the UK/Ire total – is it now over £1.76 m ? Hard to tell, without a Pro account, whether all of the UK/Ire numbers are in there.
VOD / US
The US release on Amazon (more here) is going ahead. No further details have emerged in relation to streaming for the UK / ROW.
