The Royal Television Society Programme Awards 2003 were held at the Grosvenor House Hotel on March 18th (going by this Chortle story saying “last night”).
Jimmy won “Network Newcomer – On Screen” for his role in Your Face Or Mine (for the Production Company Talkback). This was the 2002-3 YFOM version that he co-hosted with June Sarpong (here).
The RTS awards this year were dominated by 2 sitcoms – Phoenix Nights (Peter Kay) and The Office (Ricky Gervais). Jonathan Ross received Best Entertainment.

I can’t find any evidence as to whether Jimmy attended the ceremony and the only images (of other attendees) were these 9 from Getty Images.
