On November 27th 2021 there was a Ladbrokes Winter Carnival at Newbury Racecourse. Lockdown restrictions meant 2020 hadn’t happened and, from what I can see, the “Carnival” is just a banner for 2 days of racing.
Mr Carr, as ever, is up for any new experience and was amongst the VIP guests.
