June 13th 2024 was a Live Business Breakfast in Sydney, Australia. Presented by Variety Australia and Twilio it was a gathering of 100+ leaders of the live entertainment industry.
Seven awards were announced and this Variety article lists the 3 nominees for Best Australian Comedy Tour.

A stellar line up of huge International stars right there – and the winner was…Jimmy Carr (here).
This was for his 2023 Terribly Funny 2.0 tour, down under, which racked up 89 shows in Australia (not to mention 29 in New Zealand).
And the 2023 tour was also the one where Jimmy hopped on a plane, to join Chappelle in Melbourne where he acted as the support act in the Rod Laver Arena (here). I think this was the first time that Jimmy played “in the round” – giving him the idea for his own Arena shows.
