September 4th 2006 was the TV Quick and TV Choice Awards, held at London’s Dorchester Hotel.
TV Quick was a (long gone) TV listing magazine in the UK and Jimmy had attended their awards ceremony in 2004 (here). TV Choice is another TV listing magazine, apparently produced by the same publishing company, and is still around.
That they were both owned by the same group probably explains why the awards in 2006 mentioned both publications.
Details on these old awards shows are hard to come by so I cannot tell whether Jimmy was there just as a guest or as an award presenter (will assume he was a guest). He attended with Karoline
