Recorded July 13th 2026 in Austin, Texas at the Comedy Mothership (having left Vegas after his gigs between 9th and 11th) you are going to need a little over 2 hours for it.
Tony intros Jimmy with “One of the greatest guests in the history of the show – guest of the year multiple times. One of the best comedians of ALL time” and gives a plug, mid-way through the podcast, for his book On Jokes, due for release in October (here).

In this Sydney compilation video (here) someone asked when he was next going to appear on Kill Tony – and the answer was July 2026.
In 2025 Jimmy spent a lot of time in the US and made his 4th and 5th Kill Tony appearances, meaning this will be #6.
The earliest shows didn’t get massive YouTube numbers but #721 (June 2025) is just shy of 2.9m and #738 (October 2025) is over 4.7m. Plus millions more from clips on various platforms.
That second 2025 show sits at joint 16th place for most viewed episodes (click on Popular, here) and he’s the only Brit in the mix. I scrolled down into the 200k vids and, while I recognise just about all of the comics, still no Brits. The American comedy scene appreciates someone that can think on their feet and join in.
He’s said that he loves the show and looking back at Comedy Idol in 2005 (here) gives us a clue as to why.
Comedy Idol was a one off that gave aspiring comedians the chance to compete to get professional advice and exposure. Kill Tony does the same thing, but as a regular event, often held at Joe Rogan’s club, the Comedy Mothership, in Austin, Texas (here).
The 2025 episodes brought a lot of good feedback (for Jimmy) as, while he’s happy to roast and banter with the try-outs, he also gives some good advice.
Jimmy is going to be performing in Vegas in July (here), so it looks like he’ll be fitting in some other fun stuff, between his gigs.
