On July 9^th details started seeping out about Jimmy’s pending October book release (On Jokes) and I created this page.

As you can see from the Timeline, I had posted some numbers (July 28th) that showed that it was starting to appear on some Amazon charts (pre-orders). And now it’s even hit the Top 10 in 6 countries.

I’ve updated the master page with which countries can buy the book (from Amazon etc.) but, if your country is not listed, you could try other more local book chains.

Note that where small countries ship from somewhere larger, there will be no data. Austria, for example, has to use Amazon Germany so only the Publisher will get to see that level of detail. See main page for links to where to buy.

Release dates for books are usually staggered. With Before and Laughter, for example, the dates were:

• Hardback 30 September 2021
• Kindle 30 September 2021
• Audio book 30 September 2021
• Paperback 12 May 2022

With On Jokes the UK Amazon has the hardback (hard cover) and Kindle versions listed – but some other Amazon sites have the paperback too. Not sure whether that’s a mistake as I looked at a couple and they said things like “temporarily out of stock”. Which they would be…they’ve not been printed yet.
