As with the previous post (for Twitter/X) – here.
The same 29 comedians and the top 3 are again Gold (UK) and Blue (US).
Facebook Followers
This one looks a little odd as most accounts are rounded to the nearest 100,00 (but not all). This is because the free “live counter” that I use doesn’t have everyone’s accounts available. I’m not sure how Facebook rounds the numbers so it’s hard to tell whether someone is WELL over the rounded number stated, or has just squeaked through.
It is what it is, I’m afraid. But the count method is consistent across the months.
There is a similar pattern here to X in that more established comedians tend to have the bigger followings (with perhaps Matt Rife as an exception).
We also have an audience demographic difference in that Michael McIntyre was down in 17th place (overall) on the X listing – but here is 6th. His fans clearly prefer this platform.
This will become clearer when I’ve collected data for ALL of the platforms and smushed it all together.
On this platform we’re not seeing any impact from the age-related restrictions (that X have implemented).
Comparing October 20th to December 31st the 29 have collectively gained 3,789,579 followers.
In relation to the UK top 3 – it would appear that Jimmy’s US gigs (during 2025) have helped him to overtake MM and RG, from a growth perspective.
