This is a summary of the Followers / Subscribers across the 5 main social platforms (X, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram).
If you want to know more about why some comedians are not included in reports, how I gather the data, which I stated with 100+ names and am now down to only 29…then see here.
BTW – apologies to Andrew Schulz. I keep spelling it Shultz and don’t want to redo all of the spreadsheet images (I knew someone of that name, years ago, and have a mental block). Will change for next time.
Total Subscribers / Followers
In this image we are looking at the account totals on February 23rd 2026. The cumulative total is column Q and column R is the variance from the count on October 20th 2025 (approx. 4 months)
Couple of cells with n/a as a number of people don’t have TikTok accounts. For more detailed explanations – see platform specific links below. Ditto for why some people have -ve numbers – see the X / Twitter post for details on the effect of the bots purge.
As ever – Gold is top 3 Brits and Blue top 3 US / India.
Note that Jimmy has a straight “gold run”.

If we switch to looking at the view arranged by column R, we have Matt Rife, Jimmy, Max Amini and Gabriel Iglesias pulling ahead of the pack.
Jack Whitehall may be the 3rd most followed Brit – but he’s lost over 400k followers in 4 months. At one stage his X account was down 496k (since pulled a few back), his YouTube down 18k across a year and even his Instagram dipped by 7k.
Some of the drops were down to people appearing in Riyadh but how much of an impact it had seemed to depend on whether they’d expressed a political stance previously. Some of Jimmy’s accounts had shown dips for a while and then picked up new people.
Because X / Twitter started on their bots / age verification account purges roughly around the same time it’s hard to pinpoint an exact %age. Apart from the people who announced their departure and flounced off.

Should I add Threads?
I had a look at Threads, to see if it was worth adding into the mix.
Only 21 comics have accounts (that I can find)

I created a new view to show the totals for X, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram AND Threads and I didn’t change the ordering at the top end.
I’ll keep an eye on it but it does skew the figures a little, not having (almost) everyone with accounts).
